Neighborhood Listing Advantages
Purchasing a neighborhood listing allows you to add unlimited
home building sites and houses—a great feature if you
are concentrating on real estate sales. Should you wish to list
additional properties you simply apply the single listing fee.
Once you purchase a property listing you keep the space for
one year, so if the property sells quickly you can delete the
property and replace it with another that expires at the end
of the 12-month period if not renewed. |
